Add some excitement to your classroom while creating a more "homey" feeling for the students. Studies have shown that students learn better in a more comfortable environment and that cluttered bulletin boards are a distraction to them. In creating a relaxed 21st century environment for my students, I have transformed my Art History room into a "learning cafe" complete with "views". These two windows feature recognizable scenes (Cafe Terrace at Night and Paris Street; Rainy Day) and are sized to fill your bulletin board. Cafe Terrace at Night measures 36in x 36in and Paris Street; Rainy Day is 60in x 48in.
