Stretch and grow your teaching staff with 21st Century Mentoring. 21st Century Mentoring is a twenty-eight week plan full of challenging activities that are beneficial for teachers of any level of experience. Each week teachers and mentors reflect on what went well, what didn’t and consider steps for improvement. New teachers are also given a chance to discuss their own questions and concerns with their mentors.
Along with reflection and discussion time, the new teacher has an useful weekly homework assignment to complete. Homework assignments are designed to help teachers learn educational best practices, acquire a 21st century mindset, foster understanding of current standards, explore new technologies and websites and develop PBL activities.
