This is a routine includes easy to follow choreography and is set and ready to go with music included. The music is set up to the time listed. After each song there is ten seconds of silence built into the mix. This will allow you time to instruct the next exercise. Once the music starts, you and the participants can engage in the exercise. There is no need to stop and start the music….it is designed that way. Just press play and follow the exercises.
The exercises are cardio kickboxing moves so you should be familiar with basic terms in order to lead this routine. Nothing fancy, just very basic punches and kicks. The title for each is listed for each song so you can keep track of where you are at). Songs are selected based on current music trends and always use the original artists (no fake karaoke stuff here). Original music by Britney Spears, Usher, and more. Students love to hear popular songs and love working out to music that they know and love.
