These task cards facilitate practice with 2D and 3D measurement. Two-dimensional measurement focuses on circles. Students will calculate area and circumference of circles, determine the radius or diameter based on given information, solve word problems involving circles, and find area and perimeter of composite two-dimensional figures involving semi-circles. Three-dimensional measurement focuses on rectangular prisms, cubes, triangular prisms, rectangular pyramids, square pyramids, and triangular pyramids. There are a couple of problems that ask students to find a side length or height given information about surface area or volume. Students will also find volume and surface area of a composite three-dimensional figure involving a rectangular prism and triangular prism.

Included in this product:

-30 task cards

-2-page student workspace

-Answer key

-Teacher's Guide with CCSS, objectives, materials, and procedure
