A great end to a 2D and 3D shapes unit!

- Engaging partner discussion activity
- Great way to review their understanding of maths vocabulary e.g. vertices.
- No prep, just print.
- Built in extension for more able pupils - tick the clues that have more than one answer. You could also challenge them to find out which clue has the MOST possible answers.

Suitable for students who...
- Have learnt a wide range of 2D and 3D shapes e.g. square based pyramid, pentagonal prism etc. This activity was a hit with my Year 4 class (3rd grade).

**Please note I have used the words 'curved surface' in one of the clues (where the answer could be sphere/cylinder/cone). You might have used different language with your students as there is conflicting information online.**

Enjoy!
