This resource was created to help address standard 2.NBT.1 as a supplement to your lessons
(understand that the three digits of a three-digit number represent amounts of hundreds, tens, and ones; e.g., 706 equals 7 hundreds, 0 tens, and 6 ones).
- Display each slide (39 slides for game use) full screen onto class Smartboard and/or class projector. (These slides could also be printed out - 4 per page - and used as a small group center activity with a parent/assistant helper!)
- Read each question with your class
- Students will determine the correct answer
- Students will stand, sit, or spin to give their answer
Simple as that!
This is a great opportunity to quickly assess who's understanding and who needs a little help!
