These resources are based on the Virginia Standards of Learning 2.13
The student will identify, describe, compare, and contrast plane and solid figures (circles/spheres, squares/cubes, and rectangles/rectangular prisms).
Although it is based on VA SOLS, the activities will fit into other state's standards.
3 Scoot Games with Recording Sheets - Each Scoot game has 20 question cards.
*Plane or Solid - The students will look at the shape on the card and determine if it is a plane shape or a solid shape.
*Sphere, Cube, or Rectangular Prism - The students will look at the picture of the real life item and determine if it a sphere, cube, or rectangular prism.
*Sides, Angles, Faces, Edges, Vertices - The students will look at the card and answer the question. Fox example: How many faces?
