Bright Pumpkins: The students will practice identifying if a group of words is a sentence or not.
Match Up: The students will focus on identifying the subject portion of a sentence.
Action Time: The students will practice identifying the action portion of a sentence.
Telling or Commanding: The students will be asked to read a sentence and identify if the sentence is telling or commanding.
Telling or Exclamation: The students will be asked to read a sentence and identify if the sentence is telling or showing strong emotion.
What type of Sentence? The students will combine their skills and identify the 4 different types of sentence. (Cut & Paste)
Fragment or Not: The students will look at a group of words and determine if it's a fragment or not.
Command or Exclamation: The students will read a sentence and fill in each bat with the correct punctuation mark.
Command or Question: The students will read each sentence and write C in the witch's pot if the sentence is commanding and Q if it's a question.
