PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a summative assessment (at home) project where students are assigned either a plant or animal cell. The purpose of the project is for students to create a 3-D model of a cell by including all the organelles and their functions. Students must also create a key for their model. Students present their model to the class and once all models are presented the students vote on the model that looks the the most scientific and the model that is the most creatively designed. This project can be easily differentiated by including more or less organelles in each model. Students really enjoy this project and the creativity is truly amazing!
