Description

Practice 3-digit place value expanded form and word form with these math centers! Students will practice how to read and write numbers to 1,000 using expanded form, word form, and number names. They consist of place value puzzles, place value games, and more! They are designed for you to use in your math centers and rotations.

Included are 4 different math stations for place value:

  1. Flower Match Up: Students will match cards in four categories: number, word form, base ten blocks, and expanded form.
  2. Base Ten Puzzles: Students will use word form and expanded form to complete the puzzles.
  3. Expanded Form Lollipop Numbers: Students will build the expanded form of numbers using 100s, 10s, and 1s pieces.
  4. Monkey Match: Students will play a memory game to match the expanded form and standard numbers together.
