This product includes three mini-books with 8 posture sequences and it is perfect for self-directed yoga in the classroom. The pages are just under 8 inches by 8 inches and fit into the Target brand blank books. You can also print and laminate them! They feature simple language and colourful posture pictures to encourage students to practice yoga independently. There are three levels of books available.
