Baseball is the ultimate Spring/Summer past time for many families and friends. There are so MANY social skill rules to follow when going to a baseball game, so it is DIFFICULT for our friends with social communication deficits to “know” what to do or say at these types of functions.
Included in this pack:
-A lesson plan guide for teaching the rules and word associations for the game of baseball (in case your students have not been to a game before)
-KWL chart to visual map out what the student's learned from the lesson
-Baseball game to pair with the lesson and list of wh-questions to ask while playing the game.
-Social Rules Baseball blank visual poster (print on cardstock and laminate. You can write on dry erase marker the student's responses)
-Teacher's copy of the hidden social rules in baseball
-12 problem solving cards
-12 perspective taking cards
-Game cards for 3 Strikes You're Out Game!
