Product Description
This Excel document allows you to create 30 unique BINGO cards in about 5 minutes. The cards are 3 x 3 (9 squares, no free space), and no 2 cards are alike. This works for any subject area, any grade level! The wonderful thing about this document is that you can use it over and over - just change the terms on sheet 1, and brand new BINGO cards are generated.

These cards are designed specifically for younger students (K-2). If you are working with older kids, please take a look at my 5 x 5 BINGO cards.

BINGO is an excellent tool for review - terms, definitions, foreign language words, letter blends, numbers or formulas, scientific elements...the sky is the limit. When I taught science I used BINGO as a test review, with small pieces of hard candy as prizes. The students loved it, and their test scores went up! Be sure to set firm rules for classroom behavior while playing BINGO.

Type 16 unique words (or numbers, phrases, definitions, etc.) into the list. Once you have typed your list of terms, 30 different BINGO cards will be generated on the second and third tabs of the document. The red tab prints 30 cards on 15 sheets of paper. The blue tab prints the same 30 cards on 30 sheets of paper (BIG, for the smallest kiddos). You can use regular paper or cardstock; color or grayscale. Pennies, cheerios, plastic tokens, or scraps of paper make good markers.

NOTE: Due to the number of people who had difficulty with Sheet 1 of this template, I have uploaded a new version where the entire Sheet 1 is unprotected. Hopefully this will help with the utilization of this template. Please be aware that sheets 2 and 3 are still password protected. This is for 2 reasons: 1) to keep users from accidentally messing up the template (and then it will not work), and 2) to keep my work from being pirated. This document took a tremendous amount of time to create. The area on sheet 1 where you type in the 16 terms is the only area you need to edit in order to create the BINGO cards. :) If you have any trouble with this template or questions on how to use it, please go to my Q&A.
