Many people, adults and students alike, are afflicted with anxiety on a daily basis. Worry makes life more difficult and keeps us paralyzed, unable to solve our problems or look for opportunities. I created this journal as a way to help myself with my own worry and I want to make it available to others as well.
This 30-day journal contains an original, calming photograph for each day and an inspirational quote prompting the writer to let go of their fears. The quotes may be used as writing prompts directly about worry, or the book may be used as a general journal. It can also be presented as a gift for your students.
