Print these short devotionals out and put them in a folder or cut out each day and put them all on a ring to use each day.
Each day includes a reference to a psalm to read and then some questions to discuss. You could do this in a small group or by yourself. This could also be used in a Sunday School class or a small group time as a short devotional. You could use the questions as a springboard and then also use the Project cards to do some kind of application.
If you’re doing it by yourself, you may want to use a journal to record your answers to the questions. (or use the format at the back that has space to write underneath).
If you’re doing this in a group, you may also want a journal but you could also just use these as discussion questions in your group.
The goal is not just to identify the answers from the text but to actually apply God’s Word so make sure you spend some time talking or thinking about how what you read will make a difference in your life today or this week. Hopefully the questions will help to guide you to that point.
There are fifteen Project Strips so choose one every other day or on the weekends or at the beginning or end of your study. You can pick and choose which projects you’d like to do. These correlate to some of the topics in the study but they don’t correlate to specific days. They are projects that may help you to apply some of the things you will be discussing and learning in the Psalms.
