Product Description
Task Cards work so well. All we have done is take 30 problems and put them on cards instead of a worksheet. It is as simple as that to get students engaged!!!!

Here, I give you 30 task cards for grades 6th and 7th common core (can be used in 8th as a refresher) that cover Comparing Integers, Absolute Value, Additive Inverse, Zero Pairs. Notes are included that give the definition and an example of each. Sample questions:

What could be added to the following numbers to create 0?
|-2| + |-4| +|-1|
Put the following numbers in order from least to greatest.
100, -50, 20, -80, -4, 4
What number represents a loss of 12 yards?
Why is the absolute value of a number positive?

There are a mix in levels of difficulty. Answer Key is included plus an extra sheet of task cards with no questions so you can create your own questions if 30 is not enough.
