o These quick 1-5 minute brain breaks will keep your students focused throughout the day.
o Use them once per day or more, depending on your students and your day’s scheduled lessons and activities.
o Use these activities in your classroom on a daily basis to keep your students focused.
o On the 1st of each month do the “1” activity. If you aren’t in school that day feel free to add it to the day before or after the weekend or just save that activity for the following month.
