Print Less and SAVE PAPER!!! You get 4 of these question sets per page!
These questions correspond to the powerpoint presentations that are produced by the textbook company. If you don't already have the ppts, you can google them using their section numbers and title along with the .pdf or .ppt advanced search option!
I use these questions in our interactive notebooks, also called scientific notebooks, composition books, inquiry notebooks, journals etc.
These can be used with the ppt for a direct instruction or with individual computers as long as the students also have the ppt on their computers....once you find the website that has the correct ppt, just have them copy the web address into their search bar.
I cut these out and give to students as they enter. They tape these question sheets at the top right corner of the page or Cornell notes for that day. They answer the questions in complete sentences within their notes. These are typically used for lower and mid-level learners but can also be used as anchor activities for all levels.
This corresponds to Tennessee Curriculum Standards:
SPI 3210.1.7 Predict the movement of water and other molecules across selectively permeable membranes.
SPI 3210.1.8 Compare and contrast active and passive transport.
I hope this helps save you time and patience. Leave me a message so I can be more helpful!
