Students create linear sculpture with 100 toothpicks. Students will create a free-standing or hanging sculpture made of toothpicks and wood glue. The sculpture when complete, will demonstrate the quality of line, space (both positive and negative) and the principles of rhythm, movement and balance. For the assessment students will define key principles of art and describe them in their final work.
