Display this min-poster in your room to show your students "real-world" examples of solid (3D) shapes!
I did an activity where my students were put into groups of 4 and given one 3D shape, and they had to come up with as many things as they could think of that were that shape in the "real-world". I then made this poster from the list they came up with.
It is a good reminder for them to reference back to when we talk about these shapes and helps them to make connections to things they may see everyday. Enjoy!
