PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This PowerPoint has students first look at three pictures, and asks them what number could represent it. It allows students to see how a mixed number can be equal to an improper fraction. Then it compares the pair of each picture to help them see how the rule works when converting them back and forth. There are mini-lessons on how to do each of them.

There are 12 practice problems .... 6 problems each for mixed to improper, and improper to mixed. There is also a real life question, an error analysis question, and reflecting questions.
