Face Off – In this game, 2 students “face off” by counting down and turning their game cards over at the same time. Whoever finds the correct answer 1st wins the match.

Finish Line – In this board game, students race to the finish line by spinning the Game Mat Spinner and answering a variety of questions.

When Can I Use Math Games?

They can be used to reinforce math skills:

• during guided math as math centers

• for early finishers that need extra practice with a specific math skill
• during teacher small group time to model expectations and math talk
