✋ Does my district have to use iReady Classroom Math?

  • Nope! These PowerPoint presentations and Google Slides align with CCSS and provide excellent practice to students in all math classes. Don’t take my word for it… teachers like you have said, “This was awesome! I LOVE the range of problem types! My school doesn’t use iReady and I still LOVED these slides!”

✋ How is this resource different from the practice worksheets and exit tickets?

  • This resource provides additional instruction questions as students try problems, discuss math, and connect concepts. All of the questions are presented in PowerPoint and Google Slides. In contrast, the 3rd-grade practice worksheets and exit tickets can be printed and given to students as independent work or homework. These come in print and digital formats. I use both resources in my classroom.

These slides align perfectly with the Ready math program, but are FAR EASIER to use than the slides that come with the program. I highly recommend getting these if you teach Ready Math in guided math format using exclusively small group instruction. I use them with my Pull Out Resource math students and they are the BEST!
