There are six different games in this product to help consolidate the 3x table. The Bingo game has two versions to generalise from the 3x table to the 6x table and I use this in my intervention sessions:
This is the ideal package to consolidate the 3x table for a range of learners.
You can use the Bingo game for a class of up to 30 students by grouping three players. Each player has three counters to use. I would expect that students can find three small objects to use to save you finding counters as well. Playing in a group scaffolds the learning for those players who need more support. Use the 3x poster for extra scaffolding. I have included the Double Up Bingo which combines the 3x and 6x tables which I use in intervention. It is the way I show students how the number patterns are related and it helps them work out the 6x when they have mastered the 3x.
I use Stepping Stones in RTI to teach the sequence of multiples of three. It also reinforces the term 'multiple'. I get the student to time themselves and this game provides the motivation to beat their previous time. Use wipe-off crayons on a laminated board for this. This game is magic for some students and I have had students learn the sequence of multiples in one session this way (and these are intervention students).
You can add Master of Multiples, Monkey Multiples and the Grid Game to a Maths Centre and my Donkey game is perfect for groups. It's the ultimate motivator that every student enjoys. You can play the short version in five minutes or the longer version if time permits. I have never had a student who doesn't like Donkey.
I also have a 3x Program/Workbook which is ideal for intervention, but you can also use pages as worksheets for a whole class. You can find it here: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/TIMES-TABLES-3x-TABLE-BUNDLE-Differentiated-Workbook-78p-7-games--2479211
