This is a great icebreaker for the beginning of the year or a way to introduce the idea of voice in our writing. The kids love doing this activity because they move around the room depending on the choice they make (A, B, C, or D) and find that corner. Then once they are there, they discuss with the group why they chose that option. It's a great way to learn how your kids think, get them active, or get them to start thinking from a different perspective. Using different points of view and discussing the pros and cons of those is a lot more fun when their is movement and collaboration. My kids love it!
