Product Description
Visit two sources on the web and create a letter to the teacher in response. This week: What is the Common Core?

Need quality writing assignments for students that practice using sources, determining importance, citing text evidence, and forming opinions? Your students will LOVE getting a letter from you each week and creating a quality response. My middle school students love the topics and enjoy this weekly assignment in their interactive notebooks. Your letter will give specific instructions for each paragraph so students practice following directions and independent writing. Enjoy!
