Wild Child Designs

This freebie, from Wild Child Designs, contains 4 gorgeous reflective journaling pages for the busy teacher. Let this year be yours to thrive, not just survive.

The four pages focus on gratitude, get-tos, here & now, and grounding. These are 4 ways I've found to center myself in today's public education storm.

These pages are done in beautiful watercolors. I've printed and hole-punched them to keep in a binder at home. I choose one each day.

If I write in gratitude, I focus on the things in my day and life that I am thankful for. If I choose the get-to page, I write about what I "get to" do later in my day. This helps me reframe my thinking from "have-tos" to "get-tos" and helps me approach my day with anticipation.

I use the here & now sheets to focus on the present moment. I pull these out when I'm especially anxious about my day or week.

Finally, the grounding page helps me to ground myself when I become overwhelmed. I focus on activities and experiences that help me regain my balance and sense of self.

It is my hope that this freebie helps you in the New Year. Happy New Year!
