This is a fun and FREE way to help young learners become fluent with reading beginning sight words. There are 6 slightly different game boards included so you can have up to 6 players at a time without duplicate boards.
Words included: I, am, the, little, to, a, red, blue, have, is, in, it, at, we, like, my
Use the cards to “call out” each word. Each player finds the word on his/her game board and covers it with a cube or chip. The first player to cover up 4 in a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) is the winner! The winner gets to call out the words in the next round.
*Another option would be to print out the game boards in gray-scale and let players use bingo paint daubers to cover their words.
