Students in 8th Grade are required to participate in the 40 Book Challenge. This record sheet can be used to track their progress and it also gives them the different genre categories. I added in the stars so they could rate the books as well. The initial category is for the teacher to sign off on once the student has completed all the required work. Enjoy!
