These multiplication game boards are a fun, engaging way for your students to practice their multiplication skills. This is a great activity for stations, as a review activity, or as an early finisher activity.
This resource includes 16 game boards:
** Cards 1-8 (2 x1 digit multiplication)
** Cards 9-16 (3 x 1 digit multiplication)
An answer key is not included. As part of the game directions, another player will check using a calculator.
To play, one player will roll the die and move to a space on the game board. They will solve the problem on the space, and the other play will check their answer using a calculator. If they are correct, they stay on that space. If they are incorrect, they move back. Play continues until one player reaches the "Finish" box and correctly solves the last problem. Simple, fun, and effective! :)
Materials Needed: Game Card, Dice (or spinner), Calculator (for checking), and materials for working out multiplication problems (loose leaf, dry erase boards, etc.)
