Work through the process of finding factors of a given number using a T-Chart. 7 differentiated word problems are presented (3 approaching, 2 on level, 2 above level) for students to work through. Students are asked to use a T-Chart to decide how many different ways a given number can be grouped (factors of that number).
Students may wish to use manipulatives or to draw a picture on the back to help with their grouping.
Use for small groups, homework, assessments, independent work, morning work, etc!
