These digital rubrics and checklists will save you time and paper while keeping all of your documentation organized!
You can use these Fourth Grade CCSS checklists and student rubrics to track which standards you have taught and monitor student progress on the standards. Use the forms to collect, track, monitor and document the progress of your students. The information collected is helpful in creating new lessons and also as evidence of ongoing assessment. In order to use these Google Forms you will need a Google Account and have access to the internet to collect and view the data.
A Google Form Rubric for all Fourth Grade Standards to assess individual student progress including a section for notes. Each form has all strands of the standard listed with a multiple choice rubric. The rubric contains: Advanced, Proficient, Basic, Developing, and Beginning. These are fully editable so you can change them to the words or number scale best for you. You will need to add the names of your students on each form. If you have a digital list of your students then all you need to do is copy and paste. Use the forms as a means to collect data on your students. Each time you assess one of your students, by informal or formal means, you can submit the form for the individual student. Once you have submitted the form you will be able to access the data in Google Sheets.
There are detailed instructions on how to fully customize your results so you can filter the information by student. If you chose to do this, it will require about 15-30 minutes of preparation of pasting a formula and adding the names of your students. But once that is completed, you will have instant access to individualized data on any device with the internet.
