This is the decimals unit for fourth grade guided math The units can be taught in any order. They can be purchased separately or in a full year bundle.
The lessons focus on fourth grade decimal skills. Students will learn that decimal quantities are rational numbers that can be used to represent and describe wholes and parts, as decimals and several types of models. Students will also be introduced to mathematical operations, such as addition and subtraction. There are several hands on activities tied to the lessons as well as rigorous problems to prepare students for problem solving.
