This product includes everything you will need to easily teach 4th grade students about health. This standard-based powerpoint can be divided into 5-10 minute mini lessons using 1 or 2 slides that a teacher incorporates daily/weekly or a hour unit lesson. The powerpoint is divided into units: Nutrition & Physical Activity, Mental & Emotional Health, Personal & Consumer Health, Interpersonal Communication & Relationships, and Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs. Students will be engaged in these real-life scenarios with kid-appropriate embedded pictures (change pictures based on your school's demographics) and video clips to support the lesson. In addition, there are embedded classroom energizers to get the kids moving!

Implement healthy strategies for handling stress, including asking for assistance
