Math assessments for every 4th grade Common Core math standard are included - with printable & digital versions for Easel, Google Classroom, and other technologies. One page per Common Core standard to make it easier to track students' progress and collect data for data walls and report cards.

You’ll get:

-a one page math assessment for each standard,

-answer keys for each page.

-student recording sheets: printable, kid-friendly pages where students can color in the standard and write the date they mastered it. (One page per strand, but the kids can color in each individual standard separately.)

-printable, student-friendly standards: all of the math standards written out on kid-friendly pages with matching borders.

-access to the pre-formatted DIGITAL Easel version of this product. It's all set up and ready to assign to students.

The bottom of each assessment page allows students to select if they have completed the page themselves, or if they have had a little or a lot of help. This helps students reflect on their learning and develop a growth mindset. Assessments can be used to help students learn and grow, and these pages offer teachers and students that option while still allowing the pages to be used as more of a 'test' style assessment.

UPDATE: These math assessments now include interactive digital versions!! The same printable pages are available as digital versions. They have been prepared for you with answer boxes and updated directions. They can be edited, adapted, and assigned to students via a link.

Use this product for:

-beginning of the year math assessments

-collecting proof of student mastery

-test prep and practice

-tracking student progress and data

-showing students’ work in their portfolios

-progress report or report card data

-end of the year math assessments

Know relative sizes of measurement units within one system of units including km, m, cm; kg, g; lb, oz.; l, ml; hr, min, sec. Within a single system of measurement, express measurements in a larger unit in terms of a smaller unit. Record measurement equivalents in a two-column table. For example, know that 1 ft is 12 times as long as 1 in. Express the length of a 4 ft snake as 48 in. Generate a conversion table for feet and inches listing the number pairs (1, 12), (2, 24), (3, 36),...
Use the four operations to solve word problems involving distances, intervals of time, liquid volumes, masses of objects, and money, including problems involving simple fractions or decimals, and problems that require expressing measurements given in a larger unit in terms of a smaller unit. Represent measurement quantities using diagrams such as number line diagrams that feature a measurement scale.
Apply the area and perimeter formulas for rectangles in real world and mathematical problems. For example, find the width of a rectangular room given the area of the flooring and the length, by viewing the area formula as a multiplication equation with an unknown factor.
Make a line plot to display a data set of measurements in fractions of a unit (1/2, 1/4, 1/8). Solve problems involving addition and subtraction of fractions by using information presented in line plots. For example, from a line plot find and interpret the difference in length between the longest and shortest specimens in an insect collection.
Recognize angles as geometric shapes that are formed wherever two rays share a common endpoint, and understand concepts of angle measurement:
