Description

This task cards set contains 24 task cards to help your students practice using related multiplication facts to solve division problems. There are a variety of question types which helps prepare students for the types of problems they will encounter on standardized tests!

These task cards ask students to:

-Complete a partially provided multiplication fact to solve a given division fact (scaffolded)

-Generate a multiplication fact to solve a given division fact

-Solve division word problems using multiplication facts

-Given a set of numbers, write a division story problem and solve using a multiplication fact

There is a blank recording sheet provided for your students to record their answers. There is also an answer key which can be used by teachers or students to check work. The answer key is formatted exactly the same as the recording sheet to make grading quick and easy.

Ideas for use:

Task cards are great for use with guided math groups, at math centers, as at home activities, for early finishers, or for differentiating in 3rd and 5th grades. You might also find them to be useful as a supplement to those math lessons which have fewer practice problems than others. I love the idea of pulling a few cards here and there from previous used sets of cards to review and keep concepts fresh! Just assign a problem to a group or the whole class.

Note: This set is also included in my Operations and Algebraic Thinking bundle. Click on the link below to view the 260 card bundle.

4th Grade Task Card Bundle- CCSS Operations and Algebraic Thinking

**If you have already purchased five of my task cards sets (equalling the price of the bundle), please feel free to let me know and I will give you the bundle at no cost.

For more sets of 4th grade task cards which align to the CCSS, visit my TpT store often. I will be adding more as I continue to create them for my students. Follow me to stay updated on new products, and feel free contact me with any questions. Thanks for looking!
