Description
Notebook pages and Exit Slips for Dot Plots,Stem-and-Leaf Plots and Frequency Tables.
**************************************************************************
This resource has completely different exit slips and notebook pages than my other similar resources. The notebook pages in this resource are simpler than my other set of 4th grade Data Analysis Notebook pages, making this set great for intervention and tutoring.

**************************************************************************
TEKS covered: 4.9A, 4.9B
The notebook pages are designed to help you introduce the different types of graphs to your students. The student page has blank data and space to fill in graph details. The page that follows each student page has the graph details and an example of how the data should be completed in the graph. I didn’t put the word “key” on it, because I wanted to leave you the option of using those pages in a reference book for students.
There are 4 exit slips that cover dot plots and stem-and-leaf plots. I made keys for the exit slips and placed a “small group” box next to each one to record the names of students who need reteach in a small group.
