Exercising is a fun way to play with your students and encourage a fit lifestyle. Use this yearlong running schedule as a guide to run and exercise with your students. All activities take about 15 - 30 minutes door to door.
For each of the ~12 week trimesters, the students and I will repeat each activity twice. This schedule will suffice for a 36-week school year.
