A perfect deck of cards for kids with writer's block! Includes 40 different story starters/writing ideas for 4th, 5th and 6th graders.
**How to use Super Story Starters in your classroom!**
-Set-up a literacy center where students draw cards and write a story from it.
-Assign a student job to draw a card each day to use as a class journal entry.
-Use the cards as trading cards. Give one to each student and once they’ve completed a story based on the prompt, they can trade with a friend.
-Use as a class writing warm-up by having a student draw one prompt and as a class go around in a circle adding to the story.
****For durability purposes, I recommend printing these cards double-sided on cardstock and then laminating***
