Product Description
Many of our students could use a visual reward system to encourage work production! Students with disabilities (especially some students with autism) benefit from visual reminders of rules and what they are working for. This board has worked wonders for half of my classroom of middle schoolers with autism, drastically effecting their work stamina, work production and even excitement for learning.

I simply laminate the board for continued (durable) usage throughout the year for my students. Since my students are older, they use a white board marker and we just mark down "checks" (or smiley faces, stars, etc.) in each box when earned. The student (or teacher) can write in the "I'm working for" box what they are working for depending on the day or your classroom set up. Often my students are working for the iPad or coloring, so that is what is written in their box. Before you laminate the board, I would write the students' name in marker on the blank line. You could also have the student write their own name (sometimes this helps with feeling ownership of their own check board).

I hope these boards help you as much as they have helped me! Enjoy!
