The 5 Day Goal Crusher Challenge is a self-study/self-coaching program designed for adult teachers, adult students and/or small groups of motivated high school seniors or college students looking to remove barriers from reaching their goals.

This program is a GAME CHANGER for anyone who is ready! It consists of 5 different workbooks, one for each day. They may be printed or downloaded and filled out on your computer (just make sure to download your own copy first).

Will you reach your goal in 5 days? I hope not! The purpose is to help you set your bar high enough so that when you reach your goal, you're mindblown! This program will definitely give you the jumpstart and tools you need AND you can go back to it as often as you like.

Day 1: Details HOW to build your vision. Maybe you're not even sure what your goal is, but you know you're stuck in a rut. This day will help you narrow that down and choose a focus. By the end of Day 1, you will have a clear, specific goal that makes your feel excited!

Day 2: Addresses the Mindset Beast. Honestly, many people don't even realize how much of an impact their mindset has on their inability to reach their goals. We dive deep in this section and provide a few strategies to improve your mindset, to maximize your belief in your ability to achieve your goal. We also address the "sabotagers" and how to deal with them!

Day 3: Is all about the reasons why you haven't gotten there yet...or excuses. Day 3 is a bit in your face, but will help get you there. We address the following excuses with clear strategies and tools to overcome them:

  • Time
  • Relationships
  • Money
  • Willpower
  • History
  • Education

Day 4: Is about setting intentions and taking inspired action. Here you learn the power of intention and how to set one. The intention you set, then leads you to inspired action, which will make you feel excited and alive about your goal! This gives you an amazing push to get you even closer!

Day 5: Is about creating an accountability plan and moving forward (way beyond the 5 days). Day 5 is meant to help you develop strategies for setbacks and discover how to move past them.
