-What is it?-
A grid filled with the same situations that you will find on the 5 point scale trigger checklist
-How can it be used?-
We use this as a more visual and creative method to the 5 point scale checklist. Explain the premise of the 5 point scale to your students, hand them the sheets and get them to cut out all the situations, grab your students some coloured paper (relating to the colours on the scale) and get them to make a colourful poster for each rating on the scale!
-What is the 5 point scale?-
The 5 point scale is a great way to non-verbally communicate how someone is feeling. It is clear, colourful and simple, which makes it easy to use and remember during situations that cause stress, anxiety or anger!
