Product Description

The "5 Senses" exercise is a common coping skill taught by therapists and counselors to help clients learn mindfulness and re-engage with their present surroundings when distress tells them to retreat to the dark places of their minds.

The "5 Senses" exercise is not something I created, but found in multiple variations in multiple different sources. I simply put it together as a print-out to help teach and remember the practice.
