Students are personal trainers. Their mission is to design a Tabata-style workout for their clients (another group). The workout consists of four exercises, each lasting twenty seconds with a ten second rest after each exercise. Fill in the number of rounds they would like their clients to complete.

· Demonstrate the workout for the clients
· Observe the clients performing the workout, helping them with form.
