This completely positive Skill Report will make your 5 year old preschooler feel like he/she has really accomplished a lot! Each skill is listed using "I can" language. For example "I can hold my pencil with the correct grip."
This 5 year old Preschool Progress Report includes places to assess:
-Upper and Lowercase Letters
-Numbers from 1-10
-Multiple Preschool Skills such as math, language arts, social-emotional skills, science, social studies, physical development, and more.
This progress report also includes comment pages for "winter" and "spring".
Each crayon themed page is simple, easy to read and easy to understand with parents in mind (no confusing teacher talk).
This progress report is intended to use 2 times a year. Once for winter (typically right before Christmas break) and one for the spring which I fill out a few weeks before the school year is finished.
These Progress Reports are always hole punched and kept in my Assessment Notebook. I make copies from my notebook to send home to my student's parents.
This file now includes a much more boring, but sometimes needed, black and white only copy for those of you that don't want to print in color. :)
*** I also carry a matching 3 and 4 year old report with a reduced number of age appropriate skills as well as a more detailed 4-5 year old preschool report with even more in-depth skills. See all of my skill reports here***
