Each fitness component has the following information
-Questions about what the component is

-Questions about exercises that benefit each component
-Also there is a description of which fitness test measures that component according to the Fitnessgram.
This is a great resource to use for multiple class lessons about the Five components of fitness. There are a few questions for students to answer, but primarily it allows for dialogue between children and teacher about the 5 components of fitness!
