Provide wonderful literature and listening opportunities for your students with this little library of St. Patrick's Day tales! All of the links in this set have been formatted using Safeshare, which blocks any ads and distractions from YouTube. Students will see the stories through the Safeshare filter screen. Click on the "Puppy Mudge" link (above) to view a story.
The Reading Menus
are designed for students to use on computers and other devices. Students click on the cover, link, or QR code to hear the story read aloud fluently.
The QR Code Task Cards are so much fun!
They are designed to be printed and cut into quarters. After laminating, you can punch a hole in the corner and keep them on a ring. You can combine the cards with other sets or be selective about which titles you offer on a given day.
In my first grade classroom, students have Chromebook accounts, which allows me to send the Reading Menus en masse through Google Classroom.
As I send additional Reading Menus throughout the school year, the children amass a nice little library of wonderful read-alouds.
Please note that the little faces that appear over the QR codes in this listing do NOT appear on the actual documents. They have been placed on the document to protect the content.
I welcome your requests for additional story sets that your students would love. Please feel free to request the titles in the “Ask a Question” tab at the top of my store’s front page.
