Product Description
Welcome to the beginning of a full product to help you at your progress monitoring (RTI) table! These can also be used with the whole group or small group and tutoring, so feel free to use as best fits your classroom.

In this first product, you receive resources for 5.2 which includes:
5.2A: Forms of numbers, expanded form
5.2B: Comparing and Ordering Decimals
5.2C: Rounding decimals to tenths and hundredths

You get a 10 question pre-assessment that can be given to the entire class to discern need for your small group table, or just to your RTI kiddos.

You get two practice sheets that are designed to work as exit-tickets for daily practice at your table. You can use any resource or activities that you have and then have students show what they know on the practice sheet. There are two days worth of exit ticket questions on one sheet.

You also get two assessments with 10 questions each.

One suggestion of how to use these (obviously there are many ways!)

Monday: Introduce activity and do interactive journal with whole class as a refresher. Then give the pre-assessment to the entire class. Those who master it (you decide what level is mastered to you) you can assign a learning contract activity or an alternate assignment that will better challenge their needs. Those who did not master it will get practice that day in a form you choose.

Tuesday: Mastered works on Learning Contracts, while others do stations to practice skill and meet you at your table. Practice 1 top may be used at end of table time.

Wednesday: Mastered works on Learning Contracts, while others do stations to practice skill and meet you at your table. Practice 1 bottom may be used at end of table time.

Thursday: Give Assessment 1 to all students as a grade. Play spiral or math game or whatever activity you would like for that day.

Friday: Those who mastered the assessment can have options of math games, or Prodigy online etc... those who did not master the assessment can meet at your table for tutoring.

You would then have Practice 2 and Assessment 2 that could be used the following week if needed or later in the school year as a refresher practice.
