In this activity, students work together to decide whether each scenario is "true" or "false." For example, one scenario might be: "The police can lie to you during an interrogation." Students then decide, based on what they know about the 5th Amendment, whether or not this is true or false. Students find this to be an incredibly engaging activity, and usually have lots of discussion related to the controversial issues brought up in this assignment. The answer key is provided for your use.
