⭐️This resource includes printable PDF and Google Forms versions along with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets data breakdown tools.

⭐️Includes 3 separate benchmark assessments. Each assessment is broken up into fiction and nonfiction portions and contains 5-6 passages.

NOTE: Each assessment is lengthy and will require time for students to take, but the results will be a valuable tool to guide long-term instruction.


✏️Lexile Levels - Each passage contains a certified Lexile measure to make differentiation easy. Passages vary across the 4th & 5th Grade Common Core Text Complexity Band (the range for fourth and fifth grade is 740L-1010L).

✏️Dynamic Student Data - Excel & Google Sheet with instructions help break down student results by student and by skill/standard, so results are useful to determine interventions or small groups.
